1)  For all new email accounts, a default password is used. Therefore, you will need to login to your email account and change  your password from the default password.  To change your password first go to the web mail website.

2)  Enter your user name and default password when you see the screen below:

3) After you successfully login, you should see the following screen:

4) Click on Tools at the top toolbar and then click on Accounts.  After clicking on Accounts, you will see the screen below:

5)At the next screen, enter your old password a new password of your choice and then again to confirm.  Your password should be at least 6 characters long, with a mix of numbers and letters for increased security.

6) After typing in your new password, click on OK at the bottom of the screen.

Remember to use your new password to login to your email.

This tutorial shows you how to set up Outlook Express to work with your e-mail account. 

1.Open Outlook Express. In the menu bar, select [Tools —— Accounts].

2.The Internet Accounts window will appear. Click the [Add] button and select [Mail].

3.Type in your name and click [Next]. This name is what will appear next to your email address in the header.

4.Enter your email address. Click [Next] when finished.

5.Select “POP3” as your incoming mail server.
Enter your Incoming and Outgoing mail servers :
Incoming server: ssl.corp-email.com
Outgoing server: ssl.corp-email.com
and click [Next].

6.Put in your mailbox username in the account name field, and the password below. Click Next. Click Finish.

—-> STEP B:
Find the new account you just entered in the list of accounts.Double-click the new account name. A Properties dialog box will open.

(1)Click the Servers tab.
Click the checkbox beside “My server requires authentication” (near the bottom of the dialog box).
Click OK. The Properties dialog box will close.
Click the Close button on the Internet Accounts dialog box.

Go to the Advanced tab, and then change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port from 25 to 995, and then change the incoming server(pop3) from 110 port to 465

Setting Up Your POP or IMAP Email Address in Microsoft Outlook

This tutorial shows you how to set up Microsoft Outlook 2003 to work with your e-mail account. This tutorial focuses on setting up Microsoft Outlook 2003, but these settings are similar in other versions of Microsoft Outlook. You can set up previous versions of Microsoft Outlook by using the settings in this tutorial.

To Set Up Your E-mail Account in Microsoft Outlook

1. In Microsoft Outlook, from the E-mail Accounts menu, select Tools.
   
2. On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
   
3. For your server type, select POP3 or IMAP, and then click Next.
4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3/IMAP) window, enter your information as follows:

Your Name

Your first and last name.

E-mail Address

Your email address.

User Name

Your email address, again.

Password

Your email account password.

Incoming mail server (POP3)

POP, ssl.corp-email.com or IMAP, ssl.corp-email.com.

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)

ssl.corp-email.com

Click More Settings.

NOTE: “us.corp-email.com” is an SMTP relay server. In order to use this server to send e-mails, you must first activate SMTP relay on your e-mail account. Log on to your Manage Email Accounts page to set up SMTP relay. If you do not have SMTP relay set up and your Internet Service Provider (ISP) allows it, you can use the outgoing mail server for your Internet Service Provider. Contact your Internet Service Provider to get this setting.



5. On the Internet E-mail Settings window, go to the Outgoing Server tab.
6. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
7. If you did not change the SMTP relay section, select Use same settings as my incoming mail server. If you changed the user name and password in the SMTP relay section of your Manage Email Accounts page, select Log on using and enter the user name and password. The following example assumes you did not change your SMTP relay section in your Manage Email Accounts page.
   
8. Go to the Advanced tab, and then change the Outgoing server (SMTP) port from 25 to 995, and then change the incoming server(pop3) from 110 port to 465
9. Click OK.
   
10. Click Next.
    
11. Click Finish.
    

1.菜单<工具箱>-<上传/下载>-点击<下载>选项卡

2.选择公共地址簿

3.建议导出格式为.csv文件，但由于靠谱企业邮箱导出编码为UTF8，如果直接用Excel打开，如果有中文，会出现乱码现象。

方法1：采用第三方工具转换Utf8-》Gb2312,可以用Excel打开。我们推荐的工具：utf_gb2312转换工具

步骤，打开UTF_GB2312转换工具，选择CSV文件（注意用*.*），选择原文件编码，转换文件编码

方法2：利用Word转换，再用Excel打开

步骤1：在Word中打开CSV（注意不是用Excel直接打开），Word提示是否用UTF-8格式，按确定。

步骤2：在Word不要做任何修改，直接按另存为…(注意必须另存为新文件)，Word提示保存编码，选择Windows默认（GB2312）

按以上2种方法，在Excel打开csv，编码完全正常显示：

1.用户登录靠谱企业邮箱Webmail2.0，菜单<工具箱>-<选项>-<共享>选项卡-<共享文件夹>，选择已经开通的公共地址簿，如图

2.左侧树状导航可以看到公共地址簿

3.撰写邮件时，可以选择公共地址簿，请按下图，1、2、3步骤：

登录靠谱企业邮箱Webmail2.0，菜单-》<工具箱>-<账户>-<其他>选项卡-<新增>，如下图

正确输入服务器地址，用户名，密码，协议POP/IMAP.

The email can be sent to external domains from SMTP server of China Netcom, greatly improving interconnection between north and south and increasing speed of email sending to external domains in Southeast Asia (Circuit of China Netcom in Southeast Asia is superior to China Telecom).
4) For special conditions, email administrator of Corp Email will customize email path, without change of sending method by user. The email can be sent to external domains from SMTP server of Corp Email in Europe/USA, greatly increasing success rate of email arrival in Europe and USA.
5) SMTP main frame of Corp Email in China Telecom/Netcom/Europe/USA shall correctly set up reversing analysis.
6) Stable operation for six years, with monthly average email system SLA >99.9%.

新版Webmail2.0实施后，系统自动对2009年1月1日前的增加邮件列表（邮件组）外发邮件时自动在主题增加一个空格（如图）

解决办法：
登录靠谱企业邮箱管理系统，选择邮件列表（邮件组），找到“邮件信息”选项卡-》添加到主题（如图），去除空格后保存。
